Québec City, October 12, 2018. – The INOVA awards of the Urban Development Institute of Québec (UDI) were presented at a cocktail reception on Thursday, October 11. As part of a contest that recognizes innovative projects with a significant impact on the community, Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) received an award in the "public service" category.

Gaëtan Gagné receives the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal for Exceptional Merit

This medal is the highest possible award under the Lieutenant Governor’s Awards Program.

Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport obtains Level 2 certification under the Airport Carbon Accreditation program

Québec City, May 23, 2017. – The effort made by Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions has been recognized by Level 2 certification under the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) program.

Grands Prix du génie-conseil québécois: YQB recognized for the excellence of its work in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering

Québec City, May 15, 2018. – The Québec consulting engineering awards ceremony (Grands Prix du génie-conseil québécois) was held on Monday, May 14. One of the awards recognizing excellence in engineering went to Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) and SNC-Lavalin in the “mechanical and electrical building engineering” category. YQB and its partner Stantec were also nominated in the “building structure” category.
