Air Transat Opens Direct Route from Quebec City to London, England

Quebec, May 12, 2022 – Air Transat, named World’s Best Leisure Airline of 2021 at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, is proud to have operated last night its very first flight between Quebec City and London (TS492). This exclusive service will be offered weekly, on Wednesdays from Quebec City and Thursdays from London-Gatwick, until late September.

The capital region’s tourism industry celebrates the arrival of Air France in Québec City  Québec City, January 17, 2022 – Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB), the Ministry of Tourism, Destination Québec cité, the City of Québec, the City of Lévis, and the Québec City Convention Centre are delighted that Air France, one of the world’s largest airlines, has decided to come to Québec City next summer. As of May 17, 2022, Air France will connect the Capitale-Nationale area to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport with three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.  Avec cette nouvelle liaison Québec-Paris, les gens de la région auront accès dès le printemps à plus de 1000 destinations dans 170 pays grâce à l’impressionnant réseau du Groupe Air France-KLM et de l’alliance SkyTeam. Ce nouveau lien aérien facilitera également la découverte de notre belle région par de nombreux visiteurs internationaux dans les prochaines années.

1.     Make sure you have your proof of vaccination on hand

The Government of Canada requires all travellers aged 12 years and older to be fully vaccinated in order to board domestic, cross-border, or international flights departing from a Canadian airport. You will need to show your proof of vaccination at the airport.
