We want to help you be prepared and leave with peace of mind, so we’ve put together a list of pro tips to make your wait at the airport more enjoyable. Psst! Don’t forget the best tip of all: arrive 2–3 hours before your flight. In addition to being sure to show up at your boarding gate on time, you will have more time to enjoy the restaurants and shops that are located after the checkpoint.
1. Get a pass to the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med
Enjoy a well-deserved break before you take off! All passengers can buy a pass directly or go through our partners to access the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med, located near gate 29.
Access to the lounge includes a light, seasonal menu as well as a selection of hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. With its fireplace and comfortable armchairs, the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med is a cozy place to relax before your flight.

What could be better than a massage before your flight? YQB has several massage chairs throughout the terminal to help you kick back and relax for a few minutes.

Brûlerie Rousseau par Nourcy
The Brûlerie Rousseau par Nourcy café offers a variety of coffees and teas, signature sandwiches, lunch salads and desserts. Find it after the security checkpoint, near departure gate 32.
Blaxton Pub & Grill
The Blaxton Pub & Grill offers a selection of breakfasts, full meals, desserts, alcoholic drinks and much more. It is located after the security checkpoint near departure gate 33.
A&W
Indulge in your favourite A&W classics like burgers, chicken strips, side dishes, and breakfasts. Find it across from gate 30.

Forgot something? Or maybe you have some time to kill? Shopping is the perfect solution! Browse our stores before your flight.
Relay
Need a last-minute travel essential? Relay’s got you covered. In addition to travel essentials, the store sells entertainment, books, and magazines, as well as drinks and snacks. Find it after security, near gate 32.
Québec Duty Free Boutique
About to hop on an international flight? Visit Québec Duty Free Boutique store before you leave. It offers a large selection of perfumes and cosmetics, alcohol, and tobacco products. Find it after security, near gate 33. Let the savings begin!
Best Buy Express machine
Forgot something at home? No worries. The Best Buy Express electronics vending machine can certainly help. You’ll find headphones, chargers, and more. Find it near gate 29 and the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med.
Atikuss
The vending machine offers products such as jewelry, mittens, dream catchers and more. Everything is created in the traditional way, with an eye to reuse, non-waste and highlighting the ancestral know-how of communities. Atikuss is located after the checkpoint, near gate 31, it is accessible 24 hours a day.
5. Recharge in our waiting areas
Waiting areas are set up near each gate, after the security checkpoint. There is furniture at your disposal to relax or work before your flight.
Free Wi-Fi
Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport offers free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal.
Electrical outlets
No matter which area you’re waiting in, you’ll find electrical outlets under each seat. You can charge your devices and watch your favourite TV series or answer your emails before your flight.
Workspaces
Workspaces can be found in all of the waiting areas between gates 29 and 37. There are work benches in the waiting areas at gates 20 through 28 and between boarding gates 36 and 37. There are also tables near the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med and at gate 36.
Family zone
Travelling with a baby or young children? Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport has a play area, called the Turbulence Zone. It is located between gates 29 and 30. It’s the perfect way to entertain your little ones, and keep them happy and giggling!
Event zone
You can also have fun and learn more about the history of the Carnaval de Québec by visiting the festival’s exclusive exhibition in our event zone. It is located after the security checkpoint, between the Brûlerie Rouseau par Nourcy and the Blaxton Pub & Grill.
