Yes. If your vehicle is parked outside of the days or hours you have prepaid for, you will be charged for the additional time at the applicable rate for your parking lot when you arrive at the exit terminal. You can arrive up to six (6) hours early. The additional time will be charged when you arrive at the exit terminal.

You cannot change your prepayment within two (2) hours of the arrival time you selected when you prepaid, nor once your vehicle is in the parking lot. If you exceed your prepaid parking time, you will be charged the difference upon arrival at the parking exit.

No, prepayment is not mandatory. You can also access the parking areas by taking a ticket at the entrance gate and paying when you leave.
If you use the parking area for less time than prepaid, the difference is not refundable.

No. Your QR code is only valid for one (1) entry and one (1) exit from the car park.
You can prepay for your parking up to 180 days before the date you intend to use it and up to 2 hours before you arrive at the parking area.
We recommend that you prepay for parking when you purchase your plane ticket.
When you arrive at the parking lot, please place the QR code from your confirmation email under the reader. The gate will open to let you in.
Please follow the instructions on your confirmation email carefully. Your prepayment is only valid for the parking lot for which you have paid (Proxi or Écono).

No. The three parking lots have spaces provided for this purpose. However, you cannot specifically prepay for these spaces. They are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Our parking lots are currently very busy. If our prepayment system indicates that our lots are sold out following your search, please choose one of the options below:
- In both of our parking lots, we have a few additional parking spaces that are not available for prepayment. To maximize your chances of getting one, arrive early. These remaining spaces cannot be reserved. First come, first served.
- Use alternative transportation: taxi, limousine service, public transportation, ride sharing (e.g. Uber), etc.
- Ask a friend or family member to drop you off in front of the terminal and to use our Waiting Area when you return.
No. We do not have coupons for parking.
