Before you leave the airport, make sure to speak to a representative of your airline so that they can give you a claim document. You will find a representative at your airline’s baggage counter in the baggage carousel area.   

Afterwards, you will have to file a claim with your travel insurance.  

If you find a problem with your baggage after you leave the airport, please contact your airline. 

If you have any problems with your baggage, please contact your airline directly.
