Company file

In order to access the restricted area and obtain security features, your company must first be registered with the Pass Control Office.

To make a request to open a company file, follow these steps:

1. Communicate by email with the Pass Control Office to [email protected] to confirm the operational necessity of a company file, indicating:

   • The type of activities of the company at the airport;
   • The frequency of the company's operations at the airport;
   • The main contractor, if the company is a subcontractor.
2. Upon approval of the opening request by the Pass Control Office, fill out the following application form: CERTIFICATE OF DESIGNATION 
3. Send the completed and signed form by mail to the following address: 
    
   Pass Control Office – Airport Security 
   Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport – Headquarters, 3rd floor 
   505 Principale St., Québec City, QC  G2G 0J4 
     
4. An employee will contact you for further procedures
