You may modify or cancel your prepayment up to two (2) hours before you are scheduled to arrive at the parking lot. To modify or cancel your prepayment, click on the “Change or cancel my prepayment” button at the top of the prepayment system homepage.

You cannot change your prepayment within two (2) hours of the arrival time you selected when you prepaid, nor once your vehicle is in the parking lot. If you exceed your prepaid parking time, you will be charged the difference upon arrival at the parking exit.

Aéroport de Québec Inc., Chauntry, and Process are not responsible for incidents that require you to stay beyond the prepaid time. These incidents include, but are not limited to, cancelled or missed flights, acts of God, or mechanical or weather-related delays or cancellations.
