If you are picking up a passenger at the airport, you have two options: 

OPTION 1: Use the CellPARQ lot while waiting for the passenger 

This waiting area is free to use and allows you to remain comfortably in your vehicle while you wait. Please note that there is a 60-minute time limit for this lot. This helps keep traffic running smoothly in front of the terminal. 

Once your companion phones or texts you to let you know they’re ready, you can meet them in front of the terminal by turning right on Principale Street and following the signs for Arrivals. You can wait in a space marked “Pick-up” to pick up your passenger. The columns in front of the terminal are also numbered for your convenience.

OPTION 2: Use the parking areas and meet the passenger in the terminal 

The Québec City airport has two parking areas close to the terminal: a parking garage and an outdoor lot. You can park in either one, then meet your passenger in person in the terminal.

Note: The parking spaces in front of the terminal are exclusively for immediate passenger drop-off and pick-up. Waiting is not permitted. For security reasons, vehicles cannot be parked or left unattended. Unauthorized parking in front of the terminal may result in a ticket and a $103 fine.
