When you arrive at the exit kiosk:

  • If your license plate is recognized and can be read, according to the information entered at the time of your prepayment, the barrier will lift automatically, allowing you to enter the parking area;
  • If the barrier doesn't lift, present the QR code received in the prepayment confirmation email under the reader, as indicated on the kiosk;
  • If the barrier still doesn't lift, enter the 5-character access code shown under the QR code in the prepayment confirmation email, by first pressing “Access Code” on the kiosk.

If the prepaid time slot is exceeded, either before or after the hours indicated on your prepayment, the additional amount to be paid will be displayed on the exit terminal and you will be able to pay the supplement directly at the exit terminal.
