You may change your exit date up to two (2) hours before you are scheduled to arrive at the parking lot. To change your exit date, click on the “Change or cancel my prepayment” button at the top of the prepayment system homepage.

You cannot change your exit date within two (2) hours of the arrival time you selected when you prepaid, nor once your vehicle is in the parking lot. If you exceed your prepaid parking time, you will be charged the difference upon arrival at the parking exit.
