Are you picking up a traveler arriving in Quebec City or dropping off a loved one who is taking a flight? Two options are available to you:
Curbside
Drive to the appropriate pick-up or drop-off point along Principale Street. Signage (blue signs above Principale Street) will guide you to the arrivals curbside or the departures curbside. The pick-up and drop-off spaces are for immediate embarking or disembarking of passengers. Waiting is not permitted in those spaces. In addition, there is limited capacity. You cannot park your vehicle. You must remain in your vehicle at all times. Do not use the spaces provided for cabs, buses or other means of transportation.
Waiting Area
If you are picking up a passenger, take advantage of our vehicle waiting area.
The waiting area allows you to stay in your car, protected from the elements, and to pick up your loved ones in front of the terminal when they inform you of their arrival by phone or text message.
Your loved ones will be able to tell you where to pick them up by giving you the number of the space in front of the terminal where they are waiting for you.
The use of the waiting area is free. This vehicle waiting area is accessible from Principale Street and is located before the parking lots entrance, on the 6e street.
The waiting area is allowed to be used for a maximum of 60 minutes. You cannot leave a vehicle without a driver. Towing is at your expense.
Park your car to greet or say goodbye to a passenger in the terminal
It is recommended to use the drop-off point to leave a loved one at the terminal and to use the waiting area to wait for the right time to welcome a loved one. These practices help keep traffic flowing in front of the terminal and allow travelers to leave their car in one of our two parking lots.
If you want to accompany your loved one into the terminal, here are the current parking rates:
SHORT-TERM Parking
- Less then15 minutes: 5,00$
- 15 to 29 minutes: 8,00$
- 30 to 59 minutes: 12,00$
- 60 to 74 minutes: 20,00$
- 75 to 89 minutes: 30,00$
- 90 to 104 minutes: 35,00$
- 105 to 119 minutes: 40,00$
- 2h00 to 1 day: 45,00$
- Each additional day: 45,00$
These parking spaces are payable at the exit terminal depending on the duration.
