If items are rejected at the checkpoint, you have three options:
-
If you have a vehicle in the parking lot, take your items there and leave them in your vehicle.
-
Contact a friend or family member to pick up the items before you pass through the checkpoint.
-
Leave the items at the checkpoint. The agents will dispose of them appropriately.
See the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) list of permitted items to learn which items you are allowed to carry on.
