United adds a second flight from Quebec city to Chicago

Québec City, Thursday, March 12, 2009 – United Airlines announced today that a second daily flight will be added between the Old City and the Windy City as a result of the very positive response to the current daily flight to Chicago.

The additional flight will operate from June 4 to October 25 using a 50-seat CRJ. Flights to Chicago will depart Quebec City at 8:15 a.m. and 4:56 p.m. and flights back to Quebec City will depart Chicago O’Hare at 12:58 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.

M.Pascal Bélanger, President and Chief Operating Officer, Aéroport de Québec, is extremely pleased with United’s decision to expand service to Quebec City. « The addition of a daily flight to Chicago was one of our most successful undertakings in 2008, with occupancy levels in line with United’s expectations.
