NOTICE is hereby given that the General Annual Meeting of Aéroport de Québec inc. will be held on Wednesday, March 23th, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., in Rooms Toronto & New York of the Airport Services Building, located at 505, Principale Street, Québec (Québec) G2G 0J4, for the purposes of:
- receiving the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, and the Auditor’s report; and
- transacting such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting.
