Montreal, December 23, 2024 – Air Transat, voted 2024 World's Best Leisure Airline by Skytrax, inaugurates its seasonal flights to Tulum, with three weekly departures from Montreal and one from Québec City, from December to April. With an already established presence in Acapulco, Cancún, Cozumel, and Puerto Vallarta, the airline is expanding its offerings to southern Mexico, a popular region for travel enthusiasts.

Flight TS340 - the first to connect Montreal to Tulum's Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport - took off on December 19, followed by TS620 from Québec City on December 21.

“We are delighted with this new addition to Air Transat’s destinations from Quebec City. As we continue to offer more options to travellers in the Greater Quebec City area, we are confident that the airline's winter schedule will appeal to those seeking warmth and sunshine. We applaud Air Transat's commitment to offering our passengers a wide range of non-stop flights to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Florida, Cuba and even Paris throughout the winter,” added Stéphane Poirier, President and Chief Executive Officer of Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB).
