Aéroport de Québec inc. hereby gives notice that the Annual Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., by videoconference or in person at Complexe des services combinés, located at 900, 9 ^e Rue de l’Aéroport, Québec (Québec) G2G 0K9. Please signify your interest in attending by filling the registration form. You will receive instructions on how to join 48 hours prior to the meeting.  

The annual report of Aéroport de Québec inc. including the financial statements and the auditor’s report for the year ended December 31, 2023, will be made available to the public on YQB’s website, aeroportdequebec.com, on April 23, 2024.
