Pidz Restaurant opening at YQB

14 apr

Québec, April 14, 2018 – Pidz Restaurant opens for business today at the Québec City Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB). The Québec City-based chain, with restaurants in Shannon and Lebourgneuf, improves YQB’s service offer to its passengers.

“The renewal of our commercial services plays a key part in YQB 2018 project. With the progressive opening of new concessions since last December, we are ensuring that our passengers enjoy a varied array of products that are injected with local flavours,” said YQB President and CEO Gaëtan Gagné.

The Pidz pizza bar is located near Boarding Gate 30, in the secure airside zone. YQB passengers can select from 14 types of pizza, 7 sauces, 4 kinds of dough, 4 cheese combinations and 12 vegetables to go into a pizza prepared before their eyes. In addition to pizzas and an assortment of side dishes, Pidz offers YQB passengers traditional and thematic breakfasts and a full line of appetizers, poutines, salads and shared dishes.

“We are very excited to be serving YQB passengers. The airport’s clientele will have direct access to the same products they enjoy in our franchises. We have also designed a complementary menu as requested by travelers. We look forward to introducing our products,” said Miguel Dion, owner of Pidz Restaurants.
