The new 97-seat Air Canada Café, operated in partnership with Plaza Premium, offers eligible customers a modern, locally inspired space to relax, work or recharge before their flight, featuring menus that celebrate Québec City’s heritage, culture, and renowned art de vivre.

Québec City, June 5, 2026 — Sagamité and Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) are pleased to announce the opening of a unique restaurant and shop that showcases the cuisine and crafts of the Wendat Nation in the heart of the terminal. Starting in the fall of 2026, people travelling through Québec City will get a taste of Wendat culture through dine-in and takeaway meals and a selection of Wendat crafts like jewellery, mittens, and moccasins.
