Here are the terms and conditions that apply to your online parking prepayment at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB). It is important that you read and understand them before prepaying.
High Traffic
Our parking lots are currently very busy. IF our prepayment system indicates that our lots are full following your search, please choose one of the options below:
- In both of our parking lots, we have a few additional parking spaces that are not available for prepayment. To maximize your chances of getting one, arrive early.
- Use alternative transportation: taxi, limousine service, public transportation, ride sharing (e.g. Uber), etc.
- Ask a friend or family member to drop you off in front of the terminal and to use our CellPARQ when you return

You can prepay up to 180 days before you park. We recommend that you prepay for parking when you purchase your plane ticket.
Yes. You can prepay up to two (2) hours before you arrive at the parking lot.
Up to 90 days.
Once we have received your prepayment, we will send you a confirmation email within one hour to the email address you provided during the process.
You must print this email and bring it with you to the airport. You can also view your prepayment by clicking on “Change or cancel my prepayment” at the top of the prepayment system homepage. All prepayments are subject to our general terms and conditions.
Yes. If your vehicle is parked outside of the days or hours you have prepaid for, you will be charged for the additional time at the applicable rate for your parking lot when you arrive at the exit terminal. You can arrive up to six (6) hours early. The additional time will be charged when you arrive at the exit terminal.

Yes. You can PREPAY using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express. More details are provided during the prepayment process.
IF YOU DO NOT PREPAY, you will pay for your parking at one of the pay stations located in the terminal using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or debit card.
Cash is NOT accepted.

Once you prepay online, we will send you emails about your prepayment. If you have given your consent during the prepayment process, we may also send you news and promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive emails with news and promotional offers, please let us know by sending an email to infolettre_yqb@yqb.ca or clicking on the unsubscribe link when you receive any of these types of emails.
If you do not have your prepayment confirmation with the QR code, click on the “Change or cancel my prepayment” button at the top of the prepayment system homepage.
This button takes you to a service where you can change or cancel your online prepayment. There, you can change all your details, including credit card details and parking dates, as long as you are within the change/cancellation deadline (no later than two [2] hours before you are scheduled to arrive at the parking lot).

When you arrive at the parking lot, please place the QR code from your confirmation email under the reader. The gate will open to let you in.
Please follow the instructions on your confirmation email carefully. Your prepayment is only valid for the parking lot for which you have paid (multi-level OR outdoor parking).

On your way out, drive to the parking lot exit and place the QR code from your confirmation email under the reader. The gate will open to let you out.

If you attempt to enter the parking lot more than six (6) hours before your confirmed time, the gate will not allow you to enter. If you enter or leave the parking lot outside of the confirmed times, you will be charged for the additional time at the applicable rate for your parking lot when you leave.

If you use the parking lot for less time than prepaid, the difference is not refundable.

No. Your QR code is only valid for one (1) entry and one (1) exit from the car park.
No. The prepayment is not transferrable.
Cars and trucks 20 feet in length or shorter. Trailers are not accepted. The maximum height of the multi-level parking garage is 2.1 metres (6 feet 10 inches).
No. We do not have coupons for parking.
We recommend that people who need the parking lot for a short period of time use the multi-level parking. For people who will be gone for seven (7) days or more, we strongly recommend our outdoor parking. Visit aeroportdequebec.com to find out more about our parking lots and their locations.
Depending on whether you selected outdoor or multi-level parking when you prepaid, enter the appropriate parking lot using one of the identified pay terminals. Once you have entered the parking lot, use a parking space that is not:
- A reserved space
- A space where signage prohibits parking for a specific period of time (e.g. for snow removal purposes)
Do not use more than one parking space for your vehicle.
No. The location of your parking space CANNOT be predetermined. Neither can the level. First come, first served.
No. There is no shuttle service between the parking lots and the terminal building. The two parking lots at the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) face the terminal building. The walking distance is short and a pedestrian path guides your steps.
Yes. Our parking lots are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Aéroport de Québec inc. assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents that may result from fire, theft, collision or any other cause. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Please lock your vehicle.
