Motor disability
People with motor disability who wish to use a wheelchair or a carriage inside the airport are required to call their airline before arrival at the Aéroport international Jean-Lesage de Québec.
Passenger Drop off and pick up areas
Pick up and drop off locations are available on the inner curbs at the terminal near of the entrance and exit areas for passagers requiring special assistance.
Temporary passes for any accompanying adult
People who need to be accompanied by a family member or other assistance in the restricted areas must ask their airline for a temporary pass allowing access to the boarding area for the latter.
Guide animals
Guide animals are allowed inside the Aéroport international Jean-Lesage de Québec. There are no specific places for these animals to relieve themselves. We advise animal guardians to go to the green areas close to the main parking and to dispose of excrements in a hygienic fashion.

People with impaired hearing
L’Aéroport international Jean-Lesage de Québec offers public phones with ATS keyboards before and after checkpoints and soon at the Passenger Experience counter.
Parking
There are approximately twenty parking places for motor vehicles that belong to drivers with a handicapped parking license inside the general parking of the Aéroport international Jean-Lesage de Québec. These are located close to the terminal and to each of the buildings on the airport site. To find out about rates, read the “parking” section.
Car rental
Every car rental company offers a number of vehicles adapted for wheelchairs and equipped with manual control. Reservations are necessary. For more information, read the section on “ground transportation”.
