Gaëtan Gagné, LLIF. C. Dir. ASC

President and Chief Executive Officer

Seasoned professional, Mr. Gagné is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aéroport de Québec inc. since February 2010, the company operating the Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport since its privatization in 2000.

In past years, he held the position of Chair of the Board of l’Entraide Assurance where he was also President & CEO from 1989 to 2009. Throughout his career, he was also an educator, as well as an advisor to manufacturing and service companies through his own consulting firm.

From 1997 to 2010, he sat on the Quebec City Airport Board of Directors to be nominated Chair of the Board and President of the Executive Committee in 2001. Under his leadership, the airport has initiated a capital investment project of more than $100M, and continues to set records on several fronts, including reaching a record number of passengers, six years ahead of initial forecasts. In 2010, upon the Board members suggestions, he took on the challenge of President and CEO with a clear mandate to revamp the organizational chart to strengthen management and sustain growth, to rally the two governments and the business community behind new development projects while maintaining sound management, to ensure growth, as well as long-term sustainability of the organization.

Mr. Gagné holds a Fellow of the LIMRA Leadership Institute (Life Insurance and Marketing Association), as well as a title of Chartered Director granted by a joint venture of the McMaster University and Conference Board of Canada. He is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), as well as of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors, of the World Future Society and of Équipe Québec, a group of business people mandated to evaluate the state of sports infrastructure of the National Capital region. Finally, in February 2009, he was named Honorary Colonel of the 35th Canadian Service Battalion of the National Defence of the Canadian Forces.

Serge St-Laurent. M.Sc.

Senior Vice President – Strategy, Development and Operations

Serge St-Laurent was named Senior Vice President – Strategy, Development and Operations in January 2011. Since 1997, he has held various managerial positions notably in the environmental and pharmaceutical sectors. He has vast experience in personnel management and in implanting integrated quality control management, security, and environmental safety systems in highly regulated fields. From 1983 to 1997 he worked as a professional chemist and project manager in the private sector as well as for the Ministère de l’Environnement.

Mr. St-Laurent was a member of l’Ordre des chimistes du Québec, President of the Québec sector of Air and Waste Management Association and Regional Vice President of the Mouvement Québécois de la qualité. He is currently a member of the American Association of Airport Executives.

François Bilodeau, CA

Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer

François Bilodeau, CA, has been Vice-President of Finances and Administration and Chief Financial Officer since 2010. He has wide-ranging experience in the areas of strategy, planning, as well as financial and human resources.

Mr. Bilodeau has held upper management positions in the finance and real estate industry for prestigious companies such as SSQ Groupe financier and Les Nordiques de Québec.

Daniel Perreault

Vice-President – Engineering and Construction

During his career, Mr. Perreault climbed the ladder from project engineer to Vice President of engineering in large companies. He has worked for Transport Canada, Mirabel and Dorval airports as well as for Québécor World in Europe, Latin America and North America. Before joining Aéroport de Québec inc., he was head of operations in Canada for Dawcolectric.

Me Sophie Lefrançois

Corporate Secretary

Sophie Lefrançois was named to the position of Corporate Secretary, Aéroport de Québec inc., in 2009. She is a member of the Québec Bar. She works for the Chairman of the Board, Committee Presidents, and the President and CEO to help them achieve the company’s corporate objective.

Before joining the airport, Ms. Lefrançois held similar positions with public companies. She has been a teacher in Contract Law and Business Law at Laval University since 2004.

Jonathan Trudeau

Director, Communications

Jonathan Trudeau has been Aéroport de Québec inc’s Director of Communications since the summer of 2010. He is responsible for the coordination of all activities pertaining to internal and external communications for the Company as well as all public and media operations.

Mr.Trudeau has several years’ experience in the fields of communication and public relations having been press secretary, deputy chief of staff and communications advisor at the Provincial Government.

Monique Lafleur

Director, Human Resources

Monique Lafleur has been director of the human resources department since January 2011.
With a background in business and human resources, Ms. Lafleur has vast experience in recruitment, skilled talent hiring as well as organisational development. She was director of her own company and assisted her clients in search for human resources management solutions for over 30 years.
