The Board of Directors consists of between 13 and 15 members who are known for their expertise in air transportation, aviation, business, trade, finance, administration, law, management, engineering, labor organization, and consumer advocacy. Together they represent the regional business community. Mr. L’Abbée worked in the media for over thirty years, more particularly as Editor and chief Executive Officer at Le Journal de Québec from 1982 to 2006. Since his retirement in 2006, Mr. L’Abbée works as a communications and organization consultant.

He is President of Groupe Michel Cadrin which includes a number of companies from different industries such as health, tourism, culture, sports, real estate, heavy trucking, and grocery.
