One June 12, 2008, Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport's new terminal was inaugurated with several political, economic and social leaders in attendance.

Mr Gaëtan Gagné, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Pascal Bélanger, President and Chief Operating Officer, Aéroport de Québec, gratefully recognized the contribution of the men and women involved in the modernization project, as well as the $ 30 million financial support received from Governments of Canada and Québec.

It’s true… Yet another carrier adds flights to Québec City’s growing list of new services in 2008!

Starting June 27 until September 2, Porter Airlines will connect Québec City and Toronto via Toronto City Centre Airport. The carrier is also introducing the only scheduled non-stop flights between Halifax and Quebec, operating daily.
